Mat Pilates suitable for all fitness levels, is a gentle-paced class designed to enhance core strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and deep core work. It comprises mat exercises that contribute to overall fitness and improve daily functioning. This class serves as an excellent option for individuals recovering from injuries, those in prenatal or postpartum stages, or anyone seeking a respite from intense workouts. Grip socks are required, bring your own or by a pair from us only for $12.Water bottle and a towel are recommended.
