Class Overview

Kickboxing Classes typically start with a warm up and to get your heart rate up and muscles warm. This will lead into our 10-15 minutes body weight HIIT, working on building strength and improving your endurance. From there, you’ll either start with our Aqua Bags or Kickboxing Bags. Our Aqua Bags will focus on boxing combinations for an amazing upper body workout for 20 minutes. On our Kickboxing Bags, you’ll work 4 rounds of Kickboxing for a full-body workout for 20 minutes.

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Kickboxing Club was founded on the idea that Fitness Kickboxing needs to be fun, effective, and be a place where its members feels like it’s their second home. All of the instructors are there with you to make sure your form is correct to maximize the workout’s effectiveness while minimizing risk of injury. With several freestanding and aqua training bags, each workout is challenging and will never be boring! Kickboxing Club also offers Power Kickboxing Classes that incorporate strength training with weights and restorative yoga classes.
