Class Overview

Formally and a multi-level format, we've merged Box 1 and Box 2, creating a unified approach to leveling up our community. Whether you're new to boxing or a seasoned Prevailer, this class is designed for everyone who wants to immerse themselves in the sport. What is BOX class? Build your boxing foundation: Learn and master the fundamentals. Build strength, endurance, and agility through intense conditioning exercises. Join a supportive environment where newcomers and veterans train together, learn from each other, and elevate their skills. At least 10 SWEAT-X classes prior is recommended.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 30 minutes early for your first class and at least 15 minutes early for all other times to ensure a coach will have time to wrap your hands. Coaches are not able to wrap hands five minutes prior to class.
  • If you're running late, give us a call and we'll hold your spot for up to 5 minutes into class time. If you're not here at the start of class time and we haven’t heard from you, your spot may be given to a standby client and you will be considered a “No Show”.
  • Gloves and wraps are available to rent or purchase at the studio.
  • There is a shower, but please bring your own towel.
  • Street parking - 3rd St. & 2nd St. are typically the best places to check, but Alta Vista Blvd., Poinsettia Pl., & the surrounding residential streets usually have parking. Make sure to check the street signs.
