Class Overview

A music themed class featuring John Summit.   This is the most popular (MDR) class creating a strenuous, complete total-body workout. We recommend taking (MDR) TOTAL BODY 3 to 4 times a week with rest days in between. While it's not required, we encourage taking (MDR) ESSENTIALS first. The workout is done on state-of-the-art Megaformers, which provide constant resistance and infinitely more exercise options than a traditional reformer. The machine allows the body to shift quickly and smoothly from one exercise to another while increasing the heart rate and getting the blood pumping. The Megaformer attacks each and every muscle in a concentrated and focused manner to sculpt strong, powerful and lean bodies in a safe and measured way.

Know before you go

  • New students must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for orientation. If you arrive less than 10 minutes prior to the class start, the studio reserves the right to reschedule you for another time/date. This applies to new guests who have done this method at another studio.
  • If you do not arrive within 5 minutes of class start, your space may be given to someone who is waiting.
  • For safety and sanitary reasons, you must wear non-slip, tread socks (available for purchase). No shoes are needed.
  • The studio has a water dispenser. If you bring your own bottle, no glass bottles.
