Class Overview

Join us for a total body plyometrics weightlifting workout! Our fast paced class focuses on core engagement, balance and flexibility. We use our body weight to perform explosive movements that burn calories, strengthens your abs and makes you drenched in sweat! We utilize medicine balls, free weights, TRX, pull up bars and much more! We will also modify movements for you according to your level and/or physical ability. All levels welcome! Always cardio, and weightlifting days are Mondays chest + tris, Tuesday legs, Wednesday back + bis, Thursdays shoulders Fridays total body + legs.
