Class Overview

Tone up your powerhouse and booty on the Reformers. This class focuses on tightening your trunk and lifting your booty, but you will get a full body workout! At least 3 Pilates equipment classes or privates required. Pregnant, congrats this class is not appropriate and Pre/post or private classes are recommended.
