Class Overview

Tone up your powerhouse and booty on the Reformers. This class focuses in on tightening your trunk and lifting your booty, but you’ll get a full-body workout. At least 3 Pilates equipment classes or Privates are required first.Pregnant? Congrats! Classes are not appropriate for after the first trimester. Please sign up for our Pre/Post Natal classes or Privates instead.

Mighty Pilates incorporates the great foundations of classical pilates while upping the intensity factor for an inspired, invigorating workout. All classes are taught by tough, dynamic instructors. We offer a huge schedule of classes – from Foundations classes for Pilates newbies to Power Pilates for fit Pilates gurus. We even have TRX, Booty and Core classes. Take your workouts up a notch and walk away with an energized, wow feeling.
