3 Elements Lifestyle provides a unique, fun challenging, refreshing coached workout with a different workout every day! From Beginner to Intermediate, Advanced, or even Elite Athlete level, their coached workouts of the day will give you a full body workout using battle ropes, box jumps, kettlebells, d-balls and much more. Every workout encompasses a warmup, the workout, and a cooldown. No machines, no mirrors, and supportive camaraderie that will help you get results beyond your expectations!
