Class Overview

YOGA MAT & 9FT THERABAND REQUIRED. This class assumes significant experience with ballet and PBT. PBT is an innovative ballet-focused strengthening class targeting muscle memory and tone through the use of fitness equipment to create instability. Necessary equipment will be provided, but please bring (or rent) a yoga mat. Tights discouraged - leggings recommended. Must have feet covered (socks (either grippy or normal socks recommended).   You are welcome to bring your own large yoga ball (typically 65cm). We have several for use that will be sanitized before and after each class, and will rotate out usage.   PLEASE NOTE our 120min LATE CANCEL Policy: https://danceworksindy.com/policies/
