Class Overview

*this is not a beginner class!* This class does assume some previous experience in ballet, but reachable for both newer dancers and those with previous ballet experience. It is recommended that you have a few beginner ballet classes under your belt before attending this class, or be ready for a challenge if you're new to ballet. Class will include both barre and center work with a focus on body positioning, alignment, and vocabulary building.
