PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING:**NEW CLIENTS: You must arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class. You will not be able to take the class after this point. Please don't take it personally - safety first!**EXISTING CLIENTS: You must arrive within 5 minutes (4min & 59sec) of the class starting. If it says 5 min on phone or watch you will not be able to take the class after this point.   An open level Pilates class focused on lengthening, releasing, and increased flexibility. This restorative class is ideal for anyone looking to increase their range of motion, relieve muscle tension, and just feel good!

Know before you go

  • New clients must arrive at least 10 minutes before class. For safety reasons, no late entry.
  • If you’re not checked in before class starts, your spot may be released to someone on the waitlist.
  • Water is provided! There are cups and water stations at each studio.
  • Bring your own towel and grip socks (recommended but not required).
  • Please refrain from using phones during class.
