Class Overview

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING:**NEW CLIENTS: You must arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class. You will not be able to take the class after this point. Please don't take it personally - safety first!**EXISTING CLIENTS: You must arrive within 5 minutes (4min & 59sec) of the class starting. If it says 5 min on phone or watch you will not be able to take the class after this point. An all levels 50-minute Reformer Pilates class that focuses on developing clients’ proficiency in their Pilates practice through total body conditioning. This low-impact workout will have you shaking in all the right places as you build your core strength and improve endurance levels to motivating music and an encouraging instructor. Expect a challenging and humbling Pilates experience! Boost Pilates combines classical Pilates moves with a contemporary twist, providing advanced options and modifications to meet the needs of all clients.

Know before you go

  • New clients must arrive at least 10 minutes before class. For safety reasons, no late entry.
  • If you’re not checked in before class starts, your spot may be released to someone on the waitlist.
  • Water is provided! There are cups and water stations at each studio.
  • Bring your own towel and grip socks (recommended but not required).
  • Please refrain from using phones during class.
