Class Overview

The quality or state of being strong; the capacity to withstand obstacles and barriers. Strength is more than just a physical quality. Strength begins in our mindset and drive! We believe we can train our minds just as much as we can train our muscles. It is the total strength that allows us to persevere and pivot. At The Studio BE we offer our BE STRONG TRX suspension training system that leverages your body weight, and enables you to manipulate gravity. Multiple planes of motion are utilized at once, working multiple muscles simultaneously. We also included cardio moves, making the class an overall workout for burning fat, and developing strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Bring a mat or rent one from us!

  • Mats required for all class styles, $5 rental available if needed
  • Located on 2nd floor at the top of the stairs
