Class Overview

Move with SOUL! Join us for a gentle, yet deep approach to an alignment based Vinyasa yoga class. This slower-paced flow allows time to explore the postures while cultivating strength, flexibility, and balance. This class is dynamic and will stretch and lengthen every muscle in your body from your head to your toes! Relax, let go, and enjoy the slow flow.

The Studio BE offers the ultimate body & mind experience including mat Pilates, yoga, aerial, prenatal and strength-training formats to promote and maintain optimal wellness. Each BE class targets different muscle groups to cultivate and maintain true strength and sustainable fitness. The Studio BE’s iconic smaller class size gives clients true personal attention from Houston’s top teachers so that you can feel both challenged and supported as you move, breathe and sweat!
