Class Overview

This class will be 15 minutes of breath work and mediation. The intention is to prepare the mind and then the body for the 60 minute flow directly following this class. This will focus on creating balance in the nervous system by practicing meditation with the use of breathing techniques designed to gain more depth of breath, an increase in blood flow and overall toning of the diaphragm to assist diving deeper into your asana practice on your mat. Can be coupled with a flow or done alone.

  • REQUIRED for ALL clients at our studio (including FitReserve) upon arrival: Credit Card on File, Name, Email Address, Phone #
  • If you are a new client, please arrive 10-15 min before class to complete your account at our front desk
  • Out of respect to our teachers & students, including the safety of your own body, we have a 5 minute grace period for late students
  • Mats required for all class styles, $5 rental available if needed
