Class Overview

The b3 Cardio workout is an energetic, circuit-based class designed to build aerobic fitness and core strength. Our focus is on breath and body alignment as we rev the heart rate through large range functional movements.With options to modify throughout, this class is designed for all fitness levels—it’s heart healthy and a ton of fun! Join us in the studio—bare feet are encouraged, or indoor-only shoes if you prefer.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your first class so that we can acquaint you with our studio and to meet your instructor
  • Garage and street parking (Be sure to not park in the lot directly across from the studio)
  • No experience required; instructors offer modifications throughout class
  • Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in (most clients go barefoot, but some prefer wearing grip socks)
  • Bring a water bottle to keep you hydrated
  • Mats and props are provided
