Class Overview

A 30-minute moderate intensity strength and conditioning class designed for people over the age 55 and/or for those getting back into working with weights. The class will  work all muscle groups with a variety of  exercises. This athletic-based sculpting class tones upper and lower body using weights, stability balls and your own body weight. This class is designed for lower-impact.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to check in with your instructor
  • For any cycle classes, regular tennis shoes or SPD clips fit our Stages bikes (we do not rent out shoes)
  • For yoga, barre, and heated bootcamp classes, please bring a personal mat
  • Studios are open 20 minutes before and after class.

 

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Endorphin Studios offers group fitness classes and open gym access.  Every class is individually crafted by each instructor to give students a unique experience. Why are Endorphins so great? Well, they are neurochemicals that produce an overall feeling of well-being and are shown to improve mood by decreasing depression, boosting self esteem, improving weight health, and they alleviate anxiety.
