Class Overview

Expect anything and everything. We will be swinging, pushing, and pulling kettlebells in a combination of mobility, strength, and conditioning intervals for a full-body workout. We will also incorporate some bodyweight exercises and simple yoga moves to supplement the bell. All levels welcome, and modifications are available for beginners. This is a great way to get in shape, whether you’re new to a fitness routine or you’re a regular Endoholic!

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to check in with your instructor
  • For any cycle classes, regular tennis shoes or SPD clips fit our Stages bikes (we do not rent out shoes)
  • For yoga, barre, and heated bootcamp classes, please bring a personal mat
  • Studios are open 20 minutes before and after class.

 

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Endorphin Studios offers group fitness classes and open gym access.  Every class is individually crafted by each instructor to give students a unique experience. Why are Endorphins so great?
