Class Overview

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. Adding some key Barre moves into the mix, Lauren will help deliver that burn in all the right places!This high energy (think along the lines of Booty Bands and Beats!) low impact workout is a great balancing option for anyone who often engages in intense HIIT/Cardio or strength workouts, here focusing on those smaller supporting muscles instead. All levels, low injury risk.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to check in with your instructor
  • For any cycle classes, regular tennis shoes or SPD clips fit our Stages bikes (we do not rent out shoes)
  • For yoga, barre, and heated bootcamp classes, please bring a personal mat
  • Studios are open 20 minutes before and after class.

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Endorphin Studios offers group fitness classes and open gym access.  Every class is individually crafted by each instructor to give students a unique experience. Why are Endorphins so great?
