Class Overview

This class is program-based on a 4-week cycle (from more volume and less weight to less volume and more weight). It is designed to build strength, add definition and bone density; and then build muscular endurance, balance, and focus on supporting muscle groups.You will use kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, VIPRS, cardio equipment, cable, and kinesis machines, as well as your own bodyweight to increase strength and endurance.All levels welcome.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to check in with your instructor
  • For any cycle classes, regular tennis shoes or SPD clips fit our Stages bikes (we do not rent out shoes)
  • For yoga, barre, and heated bootcamp classes, please bring a personal mat
  • Studios are open 20 minutes before and after class.

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Endorphin Studios offers group fitness classes and open gym access.  Every class is individually crafted by each instructor to give students a unique experience. Why are Endorphins so great? Well, they are neurochemicals that produce an overall feeling of well-being and are shown to improve mood by decreasing depression, boosting self esteem, improving weight health, and they alleviate anxiety.
