Class Overview

Yoga/Mobility for Athletes is a class for all levels and caters to those who are looking for less flow and more stretch and mobility. Expect to move in this class, but with minimal flow, more basic poses, and longer holds, improving range of motion, balance, and flexibility. If you take a lot of HIIT, cycling, or strength training classes, or sit at your desk for extended periods of time — this class will benefit you greatly. Each class will incorporate breathing, stretching, stabilization, and core work.This class will rotate instructors.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to check in with your instructor
  • For any cycle classes, regular tennis shoes or SPD clips fit our Stages bikes (we do not rent out shoes)
  • For yoga, barre, and heated bootcamp classes, please bring a personal mat
  • Studios are open 20 minutes before and after class.

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Endorphin Studios offers group fitness classes and open gym access.  Every class is individually crafted by each instructor to give students a unique experience. Why are Endorphins so great?
