This combo of TRX suspension trainers (Total Body Resistance Exercise), high-intensity interval training, and indoor rowing offers a dynamic workout that will ignite the core, strengthen every muscle, correct posture, and leave you dripping sweat! Bring your mental and physical game and get ready to mix up your workout routine! All levels are welcome. Modifications are available for every exercise. Our Citypark studio features the Concept 2 Rowers. The instructor will walk beginners through proper setup and form.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to check in with your instructor
  • For any cycle classes, regular tennis shoes or SPD clips fit our Stages bikes (we do not rent out shoes)
  • For yoga, barre, and heated bootcamp classes, please bring a personal mat
  • Studios are open 20 minutes before and after class.

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Endorphin Studios offers group fitness classes and open gym access.  Every class is individually crafted by each instructor to give students a unique experience. Why are Endorphins so great?
