Class Overview

Just like your regular full body HIIT class that covers the major muscle groups, this Kinesis/HIIT strength focus class will do just that while encouraging you to go a little heavier with your weights or resistance, and play with longer holds under tension promoting muscle fatigue. Perfect for all fitness levels and abilities.The formats and movements differ from instructor to instructor, so be ready for anything. Modifications are available for beginners or those with injuries.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to check in with your instructor
  • For any cycle classes, regular tennis shoes or SPD clips fit our Stages bikes (we do not rent out shoes)
  • For yoga, barre, and heated bootcamp classes, please bring a personal mat
  • Studios are open 20 minutes before and after class.

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Endorphin Studios offers group fitness classes and open gym access.  Every class is individually crafted by each instructor to give students a unique experience. Why are Endorphins so great?
