Class Overview

This is an Endo favorite, and a full body workout: equal parts fun and challenging :)This welcoming group-style boxing class teaches you the basics of boxing or you can apply what you already know. You will be introduced to all six punches, and learn to throw them with power and precision. You'll be on and off working with a partner and wear gloves and mitts provided by the gym.Get quicker hands, quicker feet, stronger punches, and better control and balance with your legs. This class includes a HIIT-style circuit.All levels are welcome.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to check in with your instructor
  • For any cycle classes, regular tennis shoes or SPD clips fit our Stages bikes (we do not rent out shoes)
  • For yoga, barre, and heated bootcamp classes, please bring a personal mat
  • Studios are open 20 minutes before and after class.

STUDIO OVERVIEW
