Class Overview

This 45 minute high intensity class is a combination of our  Climb and Just Lift classes. Your CLMBR Guide will coach you through a 20 minute express version of our Just Climb class that will challenge your cardiovascular endurance while engaging your entire body.Transitioning to the 20 minute lower body section that will include core and glutes, we'll focus on sculpting and strengthening these vital muscle groups. With a carefully crafted sequence of strength training exercises this class is designed to improve your core strength and stability, increase glute strength, and enhance your overall posture and balance.Your CLMBR Guide will coach you through proper form and technique, ensuring you get the most out of each exercise and minimize the risk of injury. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, this class is designed to suit all fitness levels, with modifications and progressions to cater to individual needs.Not only will you leave feeling empowered and energized, but this class will also help improve your endurance, boost muscular strength, and enhance overall fitness.
