Class Overview

This 30 minute experience is our signature full-body, high intensity cardio focused class. Our motivational CLMBR Guides will lead you through every part of your climb in our experiential light and sound studio. Just Climb classes offer a workout like no other with unmatchable energy, effectiveness and efficiency. During the session, you'll engage your entire body as you work your legs, arms, and core muscles. The CLMBR machine provides a low-impact workout that is gentle on the joints while delivering high-intensity results. In this music and rhythm driven class, your CLMBR Guide will lead you through a variety of climbing combos, sprints, and resistance challenges. Whether you're a seasoned climbr or new to vertical training, this class is designed to accommodate all fitness levels.
