Class Overview

It is a superset-based strength workout to boost the aerobic intensity of your lifting and also be more efficient with your time. This programming is designed to build strength, add definition & bone density, build muscular endurance and improve balance and mobility. You'll enjoy intervals of strength training and conditioning that may incorporate free weights, kettlebells, barbells, bodyweight exercises, plyometrics, rowers or bikes. Each workout will be truly unique and individually structured to push your full body to its limits. Guarantees include a great sweat, a VERY high-energy instructor and you leaving the studio feeling better than how you came. Feel the endorphin rush!

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to check in with your instructor
  • For any cycle classes, regular tennis shoes or SPD clips fit our Stages bikes (we do not rent out shoes)
  • For yoga, barre, and heated bootcamp classes, please bring a personal mat
  • Studios are open 20 minutes before and after class

 

STUDIO OVERVIEW
