Class Overview

The ultimate fitness class experience for all levels. You'll alternate between high and low intensity exercises with intervals of strength training and conditioning that may  incorporate free weights, bodyweight exercises, plyometrics, rowers or bikes. Each workout will be truly unique and individually structured to push you to your limits. Guarantees include a great sweat, a high-energy instructor and leaving the studio feeling better than how you came. Feel the endorphin rush!

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to check in with your instructor
  • For any cycle classes, regular tennis shoes or SPD clips fit our Stages bikes (we do not rent out shoes)
  • For yoga, barre, and heated bootcamp classes, please bring a personal mat
  • Studios are open 20 minutes before and after class

 

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Endorphin Studios offers group fitness classes and open gym access.  Every class is individually crafted by each instructor to give students a unique experience. Why are Endorphins so great? Well, they are neurochemicals that produce an overall feeling of well-being and are shown to improve mood by decreasing depression, boosting self esteem, improving weight health, and they alleviate anxiety. AND Endorphins are enhanced when you partake in those activities with friends.
