Class Overview

Welcome to the ultimate full body workout. This class will consist of four 10 minute segments of any of the following: cycling, rowing, HIIT, boxing, strength training and muscle sculpting. We will tax every major muscle group while maximizing cardiac capacity, ensuring the highest calorie burn possible (if you dare push it to the limit). Come ready for anything and everything. All levels are welcome and instructors will help with setting up the bikes and proper form on the concept2 rowers and all other movements. We recommend beginners arrive early for a quick briefing on the flow of class.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to check in with your instructor
  • For any cycle classes, regular tennis shoes or SPD clips fit our Stages bikes (we do not rent out shoes)
  • For yoga, barre, and heated bootcamp classes, please bring a personal mat
  • Studios are open 20 minutes before and after class

 

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Endorphin Studios offers group fitness classes and open gym access.  Every class is individually crafted by each instructor to give students a unique experience. Why are Endorphins so great? Well, they are neurochemicals that produce an overall feeling of well-being and are shown to improve mood by decreasing depression, boosting self esteem, improving weight health, and they alleviate anxiety. AND Endorphins are enhanced when you partake in those activities with friends.
