Class Overview

Great for all levels, this is a non-stop, high-intensity strength and conditioning workout that combines multiple exercises targeting and taxing every muscle group. This class has a focus on heavy complex movements and strength training. The class can take multiple formats; however, the underlying strategy is the same -- you’re going to be working your butt in short intervals with limited breaks. The bell rings, and you’re moving to the next station or exercise. Get in shape, whether you’re brand new to fitness or you’re a regular gym rat.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to check in with your instructor
  • For any cycle classes, regular tennis shoes or SPD clips fit our Stages bikes (we do not rent out shoes)
  • For yoga, barre, and heated bootcamp classes, please bring a personal mat
  • Studios are open 20 minutes before and after class

 

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Endorphin Studios offers group fitness classes and open gym access.  Every class is individually crafted by each instructor to give students a unique experience. Why are Endorphins so great? Well, they are neurochemicals that produce an overall feeling of well-being and are shown to improve mood by decreasing depression, boosting self esteem, improving weight health, and they alleviate anxiety. AND Endorphins are enhanced when you partake in those activities with friends.
