Class Overview

This is your typical high-intensity Endorphin cycling class, spiking that heart rate, and putting those legs on fire while adding in segments of focused ab work, upper and lower body sculpting. This class makes use of lighter weights, bands and/or body weight. Expect lots of reps (that burn!) and intervals! Our studios feature Stages bikes. SPD clips shoes or sneakers both work on all bikes. All levels are welcome.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to check in with your instructor
  • For any cycle classes, regular tennis shoes or SPD clips fit our Stages bikes (we do not rent out shoes)
  • For yoga, barre, and heated bootcamp classes, please bring a personal mat
  • Studios are open 20 minutes before and after class

 

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Endorphin Studios offers group fitness classes and open gym access.  Every class is individually crafted by each instructor to give students a unique experience. Why are Endorphins so great? Well, they are neurochemicals that produce an overall feeling of well-being and are shown to improve mood by decreasing depression, boosting self esteem, improving weight health, and they alleviate anxiety. AND Endorphins are enhanced when you partake in those activities with friends.
