Class Overview

Fun, hard-hitting, innovative, indoor cycling like nowhere else in the world! Get full-body sculpting, work your core, and take your performance to the max. This cycling class focuses on getting your heart rate up and down using climbs, sprints, and everything in between. Gasping for air is allowed and encouraged! Each cycle class is as unique and creative as our instructors are so make sure to switch it up often and try them all! Our studios feature Stages bikes. SPD clips shoes or sneakers both work on all bikes. All levels are welcome.Please arrive early if it's your first cycle class so the instructor can help you with your bike set-up.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to check in with your instructor
  • For any cycle classes, regular tennis shoes or SPD clips fit our Stages bikes (we do not rent out shoes)
  • For yoga, barre, and heated bootcamp classes, please bring a personal mat
  • Studios are open 20 minutes before and after class

 

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Endorphin Studios offers group fitness classes and open gym access.  Every class is individually crafted by each instructor to give students a unique experience. Why are Endorphins so great? Well, they are neurochemicals that produce an overall feeling of well-being and are shown to improve mood by decreasing depression, boosting self esteem, improving weight health, and they alleviate anxiety. AND Endorphins are enhanced when you partake in those activities with friends. So find a community of friends here at Endorphin in our classes or at the gym and feel better and become the strongest, happiest version of you!
