Class Overview

Our Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon) program is an evolved high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.) workout. A strength training program, not just an exercise class, the programming each week follows a different philosophy - Strength, Power, or Endurance. Each day has a different emphasis - Upper, Lower, or Full body. The workouts fit together like puzzle pieces and emphasize good form to allow you to make fitness gains and stay injury free. Expect to use weights including barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells. You'll also have access to all our cardio options including rowers, ski ergs, air bikes, and treadmills. All fitness levels welcome!

  • Arrive on time, you may not be admitted if you arrive 5 minutes late
  • MetCon and Tread & Shred classes require rubber soled athletic shoes
  • Pilates Reformer is done either with bare feet or grippy socks (available for purchase on site)
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class and email achieve@reformationfitness.com with any questions
