Class Overview

Our b3 Strength workout is designed to build strength in mind and body, moving slowly and with intention. Our expert instructors will guide you on proper technique and body alignment, using heavier weights and resistance bands. Join us in the studio—bare feet are encouraged, or indoor-only shoes if you prefer.

Know before you go

  • Studio is located on the ground floor of the luxury Station House Residences at the corner of 2nd Street and G Street, NE with street access from the 2nd Street entrance
  • Neighborhood street parking available as well as several nearby parking garages and easy access from the Union Station Metro stop and bus
  • Wear yoga-like attire (socks are optional) bring a water bottle, mats and props are provided
  • New clients should arrive 15 minutes early
  • No experience required; instructors offer modifications throughout class

Rooted in three fitness disciplines—ballet barre, Pilates and yoga—barre3 workouts will have you feeling strong and balanced inside and out. barre3 is known for building lean muscles, a strong core, and long-term postural benefits.
