Class Overview

Mixed Level mat classes are designed for beginner to advanced levels. It combines mat class exercises with the classical philosophy of Pilates apparatus work without the use of any equipment. Emphasis will be on the precision and flow of Pilates mat exercises challenging each level. You will use your own body to create resistance to connect with and strengthen your core! Props may also be used to challenge you and include magic circles, therabands, weights, sliders, fletcher towels, balls and blocks!
