Our b3 Strength workout is designed to build strength in mind and body, moving slowly and with intention. Our expert instructors will guide you on proper technique and body alignment, using heavier weights and resistance bands. Join us in the studio.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class to complete new client paperwork, get set up in the studio, and meet your instructor
  • Wear what you are most comfortable moving in (most of our clients wear leggings and tank tops
  • Workout either in bare feet or grip socks
  • Please bring a bottle of water
  • All of the props you'll need throughout class are provided
