Class Overview

Bootcamp workouts will vary from class to class. They will include an intense mix of aerobic and strength training that will be coached to all fitness levels. The workouts are fun and the environment is welcoming and all inclusive. One bootcamp workout might stress body weight exercises (calisthenics) while another one uses weights, medicine balls, wall balls or battle ropes. With every class, you will be building strength, endurance and agility. A bootcamp workout is basically a type of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity/rest. This type of workout is great for improving overall strength, endurance and conditioning. This type of high-intensity aerobic interval training also burns more calories in less time compared with moderate aerobic activities, and can improve your cardiovascular health and fitness. HIIT can also improve the amount of muscle versus fat in your body (body composition) and the rate that you burn calories (metabolism). If you're looking for a high-energy workout that offers variety and camaraderie, bootcamp is just what you need!

They LOVE making new friends and celebrating their wins.........whether that be the scale, appearance, strength, endurance, trying something new, lowering biometric numbers, deleting medications.......they celebrate it all!
