Wanna know why we LOVE this duo and call Lagree and Rhythm Cycling the "yin to the yang"? This is the perfect "bite size" sampler of both. Start with 20 minutes of upper body + core, a 5 minute transition, followed by a 30 minute rhythm cycle sesh. The perfect way to dip your toes into our two foundational classes at AYA.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on microformer/bike. Late arrivals are not permitted (no exceptions) due to safety and ensuring the maximized experience for all participating in class
  • Lagree: Grip socks are required (available for purchase)
  • Cycle: bring a pair of clean athletic sneakers or bring your own SPD cleats (not Peloton shoes) to clip-in
  • Sweat towels are provided
  • Drinks available for purchase and there's a free filtered water bottle station

Rhythm Cycling - A workout that combines high-energy, low-impact movement with the infectious beat of the music. The music pulsates through your veins, motivating you to push harder, reach farther, and break free from your comfort zone. It's a party on a bike that goes nowhere. Passionate coaches curate playlists that inspire and elevate your experience, turning each class into a dynamic and immersive journey.

Lagree - Strength Redefined. A full-body strength workout that's intentional and slow, focusing on controlled movements and muscle engagement. Challenging your body to its core, sculpting lean muscles, enhancing flexibility, and improving overall strength. Lagree classes provide a sanctuary of mindfulness, where you can tune into your body, build resilience, and discover your inner power. Expect to feel the burn, embrace the shake, and leave each class with a sense of accomplishment and strength that extends far beyond the studio.
