Class Overview

A relaxing form of yoga that will allow you to focus on your breath while holding poses for an extended length of time to help release tension built up in the body. We will use blocks to help find your max release while being able to hold the pose for 3-5 minutes. This class will also include an extended savasana and hands on assistance if you would like.
