Class Overview
Our Hot Power Yoga classes are just that: Powerful. Designed to build heat from the inside out, students will be guided through poses that will increase stamina, strength, and flexibility. Paired with music to keep you motivated along the way, our Hot Power Yoga classes will leave you feeling energized and strong. We offer modifications for every level of practice and welcome all students to flow, and grow with us. In-Studio Room Temperature: 102 Degrees / 40 % Humidity *Must be 16 years or older to participate in heated classes. Ages 14 and up must have a parent or guardian present.Class Types
