Class Overview

Rated Cincinnati's best group fitness class. This workout is unlike any other and is designed to tone and strengthen muscles, increase cardiovascular endurance and core strength. During this 60 minute, high-intensity class, expect to lunge, kick, squat, and punch your way to your strongest self. Controlled cardio bursts matched to the beat motivating music will get your heart-rate soaring and keep you feeling strong all day long! Free weights recommended. 2, 3, and 5 pound weights provided in the studio.
