Class Overview

Olympic Weightlifting is the sport of Strength, Power, Speed and Precision. In competition, the lifts are comprised of the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk – both of which are efforts to lift the maximum amount of weight from ground to overhead in two distinct ways. In training, weightlifting and accessory exercises challenge the mind and body to grow strong and powerful through repetition after repetition of the basics.   This Olympic Weightlifting session will be very different from our other group classes as the stimulus is extremely specific. Sessions will also include accessory and strength development exercises to shore up individual weaknesses. Expect to focus and repeat many variations of the Clean, Jerk, and Snatch in order to refine and perfect each lift.    All fitness levels are welcome.

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Through group training, Bolt Fitness enforces the fundamentals and basics, while also bringing creativity, community, and care in an epic training environment. Bolt has a dedicated team of coaches who believe nothing is out of reach as long as you have a plan, and a team to support you. Bolt offers three different class formats: HIIT, Strength and Conditioning, and Sports Performance!
