Class Overview

50-minute strength and conditioning class focused on total body movements with an emphasis on cardio movements to keep your heart rate high and sweat flowing. Class is comprised of 3 intervals: cardio (assault bikes and treadmills), strength training (dumbbell and kettlebell work) and fieldwork (includes agility, body weight and mobility exercises).
