Class Overview

A high-intensity, high charged energetic class centered on intense cardio training while targeting your abdominals. This trainer led class incorporates different weights (including dumbbells, kettles, bars, ropes, and more), body weight movements, and large segments of cardio such as running, rowing and/or skiing along with floor cardio driven movements. With guided form instruction, expect to challenge your endurance and wake up with sore abs the next day in this heart pumping SWEAT class!
