Know before you go

  • PLEASE ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES EARLY for a new client demo. For your safety, you will not be able to participate if you do not arrive early for your first session.
  • All you need is your gym clothes and gym shoes …and your work ethic!
  • B.Y.O. Water Bottle or there is water for purchase along with a water fountain/filtered bottle filler.
  • The studio has beautifully designed, full service locker rooms that include showers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blowdryers, lotion, deodorant, Q-tips, and laundry bags.

Your Strength-Forward experience will be 50 minutes long; 40 minutes of training bookended by a proper warm up and cool down.
