We love targeting our major muscle groups through the week, but on Fridays we put more focus on those smaller muscles. Let's target bis, tris, and delts in The Strength Zones (Bench + Rig) with 2-minute intervals on The Climber. Let’s finish the work week strong!

Know before you go

  • PLEASE ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES EARLY for a new client demo. For your safety, you will not be able to participate if you do not arrive early for your first session.
  • All you need is your gym clothes and gym shoes …and your work ethic!
  • B.Y.O. Water Bottle or there is water for purchase along with a water fountain/filtered bottle filler.
  • The studio has beautifully designed, full service locker rooms that include showers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blowdryers, lotion, deodorant, Q-tips, and laundry bags.

Your Strength-Forward experience will be 50 minutes long; 40 minutes of training bookended by a proper warm up and cool down.
