Join us for this fast-paced, well-organized, and friendly 5v5 indoor soccer pickup! Come by yourself or with friends and get a great workout while playing the beautiful game. This game is on turf field with walls and we play with a futsal ball.   Chicago Futsal Academy is a newly renovated indoor soccer facility located at 6122 N Clark St, Chicago, IL 60660. Free parking is available at this location in the parking lot.   You'll get a ton of playing time in this well-organized event. The Grab A Game host will divide players into teams, provide clean pinnies to tell teams apart, keep time, and make sure that everything runs smoothly. Once you're registered, all you have to do is show up ready to play! Pricing:  $15 per person 5-pack of games for $65 $35 Golden Ticket is also available during checkout. (The Golden Ticket is good for 1 week of unlimited play with Grab A Game.) We do not take registration or payment on site. If you need to make a cancelation: Cancel 2 or more hours in advance through the Grab A Game app or your grabagame.com account to automatically receive a credit for another game of the same price. No-shows and cancelations made within 2 hours of the start time will not receive a credit. No refunds. What to Expect:Show up 10 minutes early. Check in with the Grab A Game host on the field. The host will create teams and explain the format. We'll start the first game at the scheduled start time. We typically split into 3 teams and do a rotation of 2 games on, 1 game off. With smaller turnouts, you may have the option to play the whole time. The format is 5v5, which is 4 field players plus a goalie. Players may need to take turns in goal if there aren't designated goalies. The event host will set up the field, provide a game ball, and pinnies. The host will keep track of the time and score. For warm-ups, you may bring your own ball - please be sure to write your name on it in permanent marker. Level of Play:This event attracts recreational to intermediate level players. Attendees have experience playing and know the rules of the game. We do our best to create even teams so that games are well-matched. There are no referees, so players need to play with sportsmanship and make their own calls. We aim to make everyone feel welcome at these events. Bathrooms are available. Please bring your own water. Minimum Number of Players and Playing Formats:This event needs a minimum of 10 people signed up before the start of the event in order to run. An email notification will be sent 2 hours in advance if we need to cancel. Credits will be issued if we cancel the event. Sign up early to encourage more people to sign up! Do Your Part! Help us keep an accurate guest count!If you sign up, we're counting on you to be there at the start and stay the whole time. Requirement to play:This is an adult soccer group and player must be 18 or older. Males and females are welcome to play. There is no required gender ratio. What's included in the price?Your payment helps to cover the rental costs, the hourly pay for your event host, equipment, and ensures a well-organized event. What to Wear: You will be playing on artificial turf with a futsal ball. Most players wear turf shoes or flats. Cleats are allowed but not recommended at this location. Screw-ins or metal cleats are not allowed. Shinguards are recommended but not required. This is a climate-controlled indoor location and most players wear shorts and a t-shirt.
