Class Overview

Total Body Mobility is CTF's version of mobility. Balance all of your hard work at CTF with a recovery class tailored for athletes. With the use of lacrosse balls, foam rollers, and static stretches, this class is designed to release tension, improve range of motion, aid in muscle recovery and help prevent injury.

Know before you go

  • Arrive 15 minutes early and bring ID. You'll receive a facility tour and complimentary towels.
  • Bring your water bottle. Water bottles are also for sale and there are fountains.
  • There are two showers. Use the shower sign up online during peak times to reserve a shower.

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Train in an energizing and motivating environment with CrossTown Fitness' team of experienced trainers who lead 50-minute high-intensity interval training classes that target the whole body. Each class will be different every time you come to CrossTown Fitness. Workouts incorporate interval cardiovascular routines, mobility and strength training and are scalable to all fitness levels, setting everyone up for success and helping all feel comfortable.
