Know before you go

  • Please Arrive Early: For your first visit, please arrive 30 minutes before your class starts. This extra time allows us to teach you the boxing basics and get you set up for an amazing workout.
  • Gear Up: Boxing gloves and hand wraps are a must for all participants. If you have your own, feel free to bring them. If not, no worries! We offer boxing glove rentals - $8 and you can purchase protective hand wraps - $13. The hand wraps are yours to keep and use for future workouts!
  • Punctuality is Key: We have a limited number of spots available in each class to keep the energy high and the experience personal. Please make sure to arrive on time. If you're running late or can't make it, please contact the studio to reschedule. We want to ensure everyone has the best experience possible.
  • Dress for Success: Make sure to wear athletic attire, including athletic shoes. Also, bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the workout.
  • Future Visits: After your first visit to this RockBox studio, you won’t need to arrive 30 minutes before class. You can plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before class.
