  • Members are encouraged to wear activewear paired with running or cross-training shoes. Avoid shoes with thick soles, and check your shoes for dirt and mud as the gyms are equipped with a carpeted “floating floor”.
  • Headbands, hats, tall socks and any other workout gear is fair game!
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to get set up and ready to workout!
